Whether you're building your clan’s legacy, raiding enemy strongholds, or commanding legendary warriors, every decision you make shapes your path to power. To support a fair and transparent experience, this Refund Policy explains the terms under which purchases may or may not be refunded. 1. Digital Goods and Instant Delivery All purchases made within the Vikings: War of Clans PVP game, including in-game currency (such as Gold), resource packs, boost bundles, premium accounts, and limited-time offers, are classified as non-tangible digital goods. These items are delivered instantly to your game account and are considered final and non-refundable under most conditions. 2. Valid Refund Scenarios While most transactions are not eligible for a refund, we acknowledge that certain exceptions may arise. Refunds may be issued under the following extraordinary circumstances: Content Not Delivered: The purchased item was not delivered to the user’s account due to a verified technical issue. Duplicate Transaction: Multiple identical purchases were made unintentionally within a short timeframe. Unauthorized Charges: The purchase was made without the consent of the account owner and the unauthorized nature can be proven. System Error: A malfunction on our side resulted in incorrect billing or missing content. Each request will undergo an individual review based on evidence and account history. 3. Submitting a Refund Request To request a refund, players must provide sufficient details for the claim to be investigated thoroughly. Required information includes: In-game username and clan name Description of the item or pack in question Reason for the request Proof of purchase (e.g., transaction ID or receipt) All refund requests are reviewed manually. Submissions without valid supporting information may not be processed. 4. Non-Eligible Refund Cases Refunds will not be granted in the following situations: Change of mind after completing a purchase Regret over the outcome of a random reward (e.g., chests or hero items) Items partially or fully used before the request was made Dissatisfaction with game difficulty, combat balance, or progression rate Device or internet connectivity issues outside of our control Errors resulting from account sharing or compromised access Players are strongly encouraged to double-check all purchase details before confirming any transaction. 5. External Purchases and Platforms If a purchase was made through a third-party platform (such as a mobile store or game portal), refund requests must be directed to that platform. Refunds through those services are governed by their own policies and are outside of our direct control. 6. Abuse and Fraudulent Activity To ensure fairness across the player base, any abuse of the refund process—such as repeated claims, fabricated information, or attempts to exploit the system—may result in account suspension, removal of refunded items, or permanent bans. Refunds are a form of goodwill extended to resolve real problems, not a means of bypassing game progression. 7. Final Determination All refund decisions are made by our support team based on verified account data and internal systems. These decisions are considered final and are not subject to further review or appeal.
